-LEGAL NOTICE LASALLE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that the LaSalle Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on December 2, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the LaSalle Township Hall, 4111 Laplaisance Road, Monroe, MI 48145, to hear and consider the request of Applicants Arnold Scott Bredschneider and Carolyn Bredschneider regarding Parcel ID# 032-022-00 located at 2110 E. Rauch Road, Erie in LaSalle Township. Applicants have requested approval to hold a temporary Renaissance themed outdoor event on June 19-21, 2026 pursuant to LaSalle Township Zoning Ordinance 55, Article V, Section 5.22(c) on a residentially used parcel in an AG-Agricultural District.

 

The application is available for inspection at the Township Building Department from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M Monday through Thursday and written comments will be received concerning the request through December 2, 2025 at 4:00 P.M.
