Advertisement of Bids For LaSalle Township HVAC Project
LaSalle Township is seeking requesting for proposal for an HVAC project. Two options will be considered.
Option A – Mini Split System
Option b _ Ground Mounted Package Unit – 5 ton, zoned
All interested contractors must pick up the Scope of Work packet from 4111 LaPlaisance Rd, LaSalle, MI. LaSalle Township Hall and walk the project site with Supervisor Goldsmith (please make an appointment) to be considered eligible to bid the project. Please submit Liability & Workman’s Comp. Insurance Form with proposals.
All proposals must be submitted to the LaSalle Township Office by August 13, 2026, no later than 3:00 p.m. Proposals will be opened at 3:30 p.m. on August 13, 2026
The LaSalle Township reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all bids AND waive any irregularities in bidding or to accept the bid that in the Township’s judgement and opinion, is in the Township best interests even though such bid may not be the lowest apparent bid.
Public Act PA 517 of 2012 requires that bidders certify that they are not an Iran linked business.

The LaSalle Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the LaSalle Township Hall, 4109 LaPlaisance Road, LaSalle, Michigan, to consider the following request:
